MnSGNA’s Board of Directors, made up of officers and directors, manage the affairs of the Regional Society.  They are responsible for the oversight of the Regional Society’s committees and other work groups.  The board reviews committee reports and makes informed decisions on Regional Society programs and activities.  Directors are voting members.  The term of office begins January 1.

MnSGNA’s Executive Committee is composed of the following elected positions/officers:  president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer, and immediate past president. The president and president-elect serve as delegate and alternate delegate to the SGNA House of Delegates.  When the board is not in session the Executive Committee has the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the affairs of the Regional Society.
